Estonia – um pequeno pedaço de terra, no norte da Europa que você pode se apaixonar… onde as árvores crescem como pontes entre a terra e o céu, onde as pedras falam; onde nos pântanos solitários e silenciosos os ancestrais estão em casa e nos convidam a nos encontrar no espaço sem tempo… Caminharemos nas florestas, escutaremos as cachoeiras contarem os mitos dessa terra e as canções do mar, faremos a típica e tradicional sauna da Estônia. Durante nossa viagem poderemos perceber o abraço suave da Mãe Terra nas florestas densas, nos campos coloridos e nas grutas arenosas; escutar o Avô Ar à beira do mar Baltico; contemplar com Avô Fogo à noite; se banhar nas aguas frescas e curativas do pântano. A Natureza nos oferece muita tranqüilidade e espaço para mergulhar na propria floresta interna e a possibilidade de escutar a voz dos nossos corações.

Vivendo em comunidade na Islandia com a Xamam Alba Maria 16 a 20.07.2009

Islândia o país das fadas, elfos e gnomos. Terra onde os mundos estão abertos, cada pedra, cada monte tem seu nome, seu rosto e suas histórias. Em nenhuma outra parte do planeta, a terra é tão jovem e ativa como na Islândia. Na Islândia se encontraram as duas placas planetárias: a placa da América e da Europa e assim nasceu uma ilha, um País jovem e misterioso: Islândia a ilha dos mistérios, um dos sete pontos energéticos do Planeta Terra. Na costa de Snaefellsjökull com suas cavernas, portais e formações de lava, onde residem as elfas, espíritos e gnomos, se abre o véu entre os mundos.
Alba Maria vai pela primeira vez levar um grupo de 10 pessoas para este maravilhoso país.

Nós partiremos de Colonia (Alemanha) no dia 16.07.09, á noite de avião, chegando a Islândia iremos diretamente para o local que escolhemos pra ficar estes dias. O trabalho inicia no dia 17. pela manha e no dia 20.07. retornaremos de madrugada para Colonia.

Buscador/a: Alba, você já falou sobre a direção Norte e Leste. Eu achei super importante pra mim, você poderia falar agora sobre a direção Sul?
Alba: A direção Sul resgata em cada ser humano a Inocência e a Fidelidade e por isto mesmo para percorrê-lo deve-se respeitar a pureza perdida, o olhar virginal quando criança se era. Neste ponto do infinito, vivem símbolos profundos. É lá que a Avó Água repousa e todos os mitos que preenchem este poderoso Elemento, como as sereias, os cavalos marinho, os golfinhos e os peixes. O corpo celeste que predomina é a Lua e todas as mudanças que são acarretadas ciclicamente em cada um/a de nós são poderosamente sentidas por aqueles/as que estão de olhos abertos através das fases da nossa poderosa estrela da noite.
Buscador/a: Você poderia nos indicar uma meditação pra nos aproximar mais deste Elemento?
Alba: Posso. Ao amanhecer, sente-se voltado para o Sul e respire suavemente esta energia. Pacientemente vá recordando sua vida aqui e agora até chegar à sua idade mais tenra. Não se preocupe se não conseguir ir muito longe, vá até onde sua memória alcançar. Visualize os olhos daquele/a que é você mesmo/a. Acolha este olhar e diga ternamente: ”amo você”. Em seguida se abrace profunda e amorosamente, sem julgamentos. Seja seu homem, sua mulher, seu/ua filho/a, irmã/ao, tudo em você mesmo/a. Um grande encontro. Delicadamente vá soltando os braços e percebendo como está se sentindo, despeça-se docemente de sua criança colocando-a em seu coração. Tente fazer esta meditação durante 15 dias por 15 minutos cada dia e sinta a maravilha que pode ocorrer em sua vida.

Buscador: Como posso afirmar minha força? Acho tudo tão difícil: ter clareza, seguir o caminho, ele me parece ser tão longo.

Alba: Eu compreendo o que você fala e reafirmo que não é fácil, lhe digo que é simples, e ao mesmo tempo bastante complexo. E aqui novamente o espelho: simples porque diante de mim e complexo porque o rejeito. A força está dentro de nós, diante de nós, então seria simples tocá-la, mas ao mesmo tempo é complexo tocá-la, mergulhar nela, ser ela, pois isto, este ato, vai implicar em inúmeras mudanças que deveremos fazer. E todos sabem que é muito difícil mudar. Queremos mudar, mas levando conosco toda nossa bagagem anterior, todas as malas, tudo aquilo que não mais nos pertence, e isto é impossível ser feito. Para mudar teremos que renunciar a muitos espaços conhecidos, a uma zona de conforto que nos proporcionava extremo bem estar, pois tínhamos o aparente controle sobre ela, seja como controlador, seja como controlado, sabíamos como manipular o jogo. E mudando, assumindo nosso real lugar no mundo espaços de conflito se revelam nos obrigando a buscar novos valores, novos conceitos. É provável que por tudo isto você ache tão longo o caminho, mas lhe digo que ele, o caminho, é a nossa própria vida e o tempo só se esgota quando nos retiramos dessa existência, portanto vale a pena, não é?

Buscador: Você acha que isso que v está falando tem a ver com o empenho de cada um/a?

Alba: Sim, concordo que tudo isto exige um empenho, uma dedicação extrema e, portanto renúncia a momentos aos quais antes dedicávamos nossa atenção. É o ato e a beleza de se descobrir, se ver, se revelar, tocar em si, reconhecer nossas virtudes e nossas fragilidades. Observar que por não conhecermos nosso ser interno, não termos intimidade conosco, nossas emoções nos governam e nos submetem, nos condenando a sermos carrascos, algozes de nosso destinos e consequentemente algozes e carrascos do outro. É necessário portanto um empenho de um devoto, a loucura de um santo e a sabedoria de um Mestre. Isto me reporta ao meu Mestre, Milarepa, ao Seu empenho pessoal em mudar, em transformar seu ódio, sua humanidade emocional em luz. A colocar a força de Suas paixões a serviço de uma causa maior.

Alba: Está é a direção do sol nascente, que traz ao novo dia, clareza e iluminação. O Leste é pleno de energia vibrante, trazendo a cada um (uma) de nós o poder de renovação, para que a luz interior possa brilhar cada vez mais, clareando o nosso caminho, afim de que possamos realizar a Profecia.

Buscador: Existe algum animal, que é mais vinculado a essa direção?
Alba: Nós chamamos esse animal de animal totêmico, no caso da direção Leste, é a Águia, aquela que voa vizinha ao céu e que, portanto, recebe o fluxo da inspiração diretamente da potência da luz, que deriva do Grande Espírito e da Grande Mãe.

Buscador: Que outras características poderia ter a direção Leste?
Alba: O elemento predominante é o fogo e sua cor é a amarelo vivo, forte.

Esta oração acompanha Alba Maria em todos seus momentos. Há muitos anos, em um traço do tempo, tarde chuvosa e silêncio profundo surgiu a inspiração, palavra a palavra. Com a inspiração veio a responsabilidade de transmiti-la em todos os contextos onde houvesse espaço para tal. E assim foi feito.

Atualmente traduzida em oito idiomas, esta oração transformou-se em dança e juntamente com outras preces do mundo, fez parte de uma grande corrente de oração pela Paz na Alemanha e na Índia.

ON THE ANCESTOR'S SACRED PATHS IN ESTONIA
from June 30th to July 14th 2009


Estonia - a small piece of land in Northern Europe, which you can fall in love with… where the trees grow like bridges from the earth to the sky, where the stones speak; where in the silence and solitude of the remote moorlands the ancestors are at home and invite us to meet the timelessness in us … We will walk in forests, listen to waterfalls telling the myths of this land and let the singing of the sea sound in us; we will bath in a traditional Estonian Sauna. During our journey we will be able to perceive a gentle hug of the Mother Earth in thick forests, in colorful meadows and sandy caves; to follow the whisper of the Grandfather Air at the Baltic seacoast; to contemplate with Grandfather Fire at night and take a bath in the fresh and healthy moor lake water … The Nature offers to us much tranquility and space to dive into our own internal forest and the possibility of listening to the voice of our hearts.

Arrival June 30th: In the evening arrival in Tallinn (capital of Estonia). Transfer to the hotel. Overnight accommodation in the hotel.

1st Day (July 01st): In the morning we take the bus to the oldest known stone cemetery in Estonia called Rebala (8-7 a.a.c.) Different ritual stones. We visit the Jägala Waterfall (8m). In the evening arrival in Liimala. Circle of sharing. Camp fire. Overnight accommodation in tents at the northern seacoast.

2nd Day (July 02nd): In the morning a bath in the sea. In the afternoon walking in the nature park Kurtna. Circle of sharing. Overnight accommodation in tents in Liimala.

3rd Day (July 03rd): The Valaste waterfall opens for us the history book of this land. We drive by bus along the largest lake Peipsi at the East border of Estonia. The lake tells its legends. Overnight accommodation in the guesthouse Valgemetsa in the Southeast of the country.

4th Day (July 04th): Visiting the place called „The Empire of Ants “. Walking. In the evening circle of sharing and contemplation with the Grandfather Fire. Overnight accommodation in the guesthouse Valgemetsa.

5th Day (July 05th): Canoeing on the river Ahja. Forests, water, sandstone bank in the Southeast of Estonia. Walking in the places, which are connected to the legends of this area. Visiting and spending the night in the caves.

6th Day (July 06th): In the morning driving to the camping house „Sunset “at the moorland lake Meenikunno. Bath in the moorland lake.

7th Day (July 07th): We stay at the moorland lake and have a possibility of meeting voices, smells and colors of the day and the night. The world of the shadows and silence takes us 8000 years back. Bath in curative moor lake.

8th Day (July 08th): In the morning departing to Viruna, located in the western part of Estonia. Listening to the silence of night in moor. Typical Estonian Sauna. Circle of sharing. Overnight accommodation in the guesthouse.

9th Day (July 09th): At noon travel to Leesoja, a place in the proximity of the west coast. Walking in the forest. Overnight accommodation in tents.

10th Day (July 10th): We stay in Leesoja and its surroundings, making preparations for the sweat lodge in the evening. Overnight accommodation in tents.

11th Day (July 11th): Ritual with the Shaman Thule Lee. Circle of sharing. Campfire. Overnight accommodation in tents.

12th Day (July 12th): Walking in the morning. Farewell gathering at the seacoast. In the afternoon return to Tallinn. Overnight accommodation in the hotel in Tallinn.

13th Day (July 13th): Free day. Suggestion: the old town of Tallinn. Overnight accommodation in the hotel.

14th Day (July 14th): Transfer to the airport and departure
